excellent stay at a great location
kind staff thoughtful design secure yard
the team was so kind and helpful, from the very first moment. the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom were both thoughtfully designed. the shower had great water pressure, something i really appreciated. i could store my belongings overnight in a secure rear yard, which gave me peace of mind.
i found that parking was slightly limited, but the staff were helpful in finding alternative solutions.

breakfast had many choices and tasted great. the breakfast was freshly cooked each morning. i found that the available options provided a satisfying start to the day. all expectations were met.

The room had modern decor. It was a well-equipped room, though very compact. I found the staff friendly and helpful (always a plus!).
The air condition unit was quite noisy. It was situated just outside the bedroom window. It switched on and off throughout the night. This made sleeping difficult.

central stay
wide variety helpful staff easy walk good location
the staff were helpful in providing local information. breakfast service had a wide variety of options, a good start to my day. the location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions. the room was well kept, it showed attention to detail.
Soundproofing could be improved. I could hear some street noise at times! though not a major problem, it did affect sleep quality slightly.

the double room included a king-size bed, a small desk, and a wardrobe. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and a walk-in shower with adjustable water pressure! the room size was adequate for a short stay.

a few issues DETRACTED from the stay
unfriendly staff no hot water
the location IS great , really CLOSE to the beach and shops.
the staff were not OVERLY friendly. there WAS no hot water so I had a cold water wash. the staff took me to another room , but the shower would not maintain a constant water temperature.

The family room included a decent sized living room area and a games console for the kids. the beds were comfortable. I slept really well.
